Korean Air will be able to maintain a competitive edge with a highly configurable loyalty system providing a detailed view of customer insights and intelligence.”

With Amadeus Customer Loyalty Suite fully integrated into the booking experience, Skypass members can book both reward tickets and ancillaries in miles as well as commercial tickets with a combination of both currencies.
