Momentus Hospitality, a subsidiary of Chip Eng Seng Group, has acquired a property on Alexandra Road in Singapore, and will begin refurbishment from August 26 to give it a fresh look under a new brand.
The new Momentus Hotel Alexandra is targetted for reopening in 1Q2023. Details on the hotel’s new offerings will be announced towards the end of this year.
Angeline Tan, vice president, CES Hospitality, said: “Given the expected uptrend in the global tourism and hospitality sector, Momentus Hotel Alexandra, which is owner-operated, is well positioned to play a key role in the big reset of the hospitality sector.”
Hotel employees will undergo training and upskilling during the refurbishment to prepare for the opening.
Tan added: “We are committed to driving technology innovation and adoption, implementing sustainable solutions, as well as job redesign for employees so as to improve productivity and competitiveness.”
