Lègacy Hanoi – A Fusion Original, Vietnam
Lègacy Hanoi – A Fusion Original has opened in Hanoi’s Ngoc Ha ward, with views of the city and West Lake.
The hotel has 218 keys, comprising 85 hotel rooms and suites on floors 14 to 18 and 133 serviced apartments on floors 9 to 13 and 19 to 21. Eight accommodation types range from 37m² studios to 105m² one- and two-bedroom units. Hotel rooms and suites feature private balconies and floor-to-ceiling windows.

Dusit Princess Ipoh, Malaysia
Set beside the Perak Turf Club and less than five minutes by car from Ipoh city centre, the 268-room Dusit Princess Ipoh will welcome guests from October 1, 2026.
Accommodation spans five categories, ranging from 25m² Superior Rooms to 58m² Family Suites. Family Rooms and Family Suites include kitchenettes.
Facilities include an outdoor swimming pool, kids’ club, fitness centre, self-service laundry and approximately 964m² of event space across three venues, including the Kinta Ballroom for up to 400 guests. Guests can dine at all-day restaurant The Atrium or visit the lobby coffee shop.
Sultan Azlan Shah Airport is about 10 minutes away. Nearby attractions include Ipoh Old Town, Concubine Lane, Kong Heng Square and the limestone cave temples of the Kinta Valley.

Anantara Hoi An Resort, Vietnam
Anantara Hoi An Resort has completed a refurbishment that includes new and renovated suites, an updated pool area and a redesigned dining venue overlooking the Thu Bon River.
The accommodation updates feature eight new Thu Bon River Suites, 10 renovated Premium River Suites and a new Anantara Two-Bedroom River Suite. The 19 suites feature split-level layouts, private terraces or balconies and river views. The resort also offers Deluxe Balcony Rooms and Deluxe Garden Suites.
The riverside pool area now includes cabanas, loungers and landscaped gardens, while Art Space Restaurant & Bar has added a terrace, sit-up bar and performance stage. The restaurant serves tapas-style dishes and pizzas from a wood-fired oven.
Other facilities include Anantara Spa, additional dining venues and four meeting spaces.

Yotel Bangkok Sukhumvit, Thailand
Yotel Bangkok Sukhumvit will open on October 15, 2026, within the Cloud 11 mixed-use development in Bangkok’s South Sukhumvit district.
The 250-room hotel offers king, twin and interconnecting rooms, including larger First Class King rooms with a sofa or sofa bed. Rooms feature SmartTVs, wireless charging, mini coolers and reclining SmartBeds.
Facilities include an outdoor pool and pool bar, gym, all-day dining and co-working venue Komyuniti, and a 24-hour Grab + Go outlet. Rooftop bar and restaurant Fatty’s is scheduled to open on the 23rd floor in November.
The hotel is connected to Bangkok’s BTS Skytrain network via a 300m skywalk and is 2.3km from Bangkok International Trade & Exhibition Centre, with connections to the city’s two international airports.
Facilities include YÊN Spa, offering Vietnamese therapies and treatments, an onsen with hot and cold pools, a sauna, steam room and relaxation lounge. Dining options include an all-day restaurant on the 24th floor serving Northern Vietnamese cuisine, and a rooftop bar.
