Warner Bros World Abu Dhabi will add three Harry Potter-themed lands as part of an expansion that will increase the indoor theme park’s overall size by more than 50 per cent.
Miral and Warner Bros Discovery Global Experiences are developing Diagon Alley, Hogwarts and the Forbidden Forest, which will cover about 63,000m², with construction targeted for completion in 2029.
The new areas will feature Harry Potter-themed rides created for Warner Bros World Abu Dhabi, alongside attractions and experiences based on locations and stories from the franchise.
The three lands form part of a wider expansion of the Yas Island theme park, which currently has six themed lands. The project also includes two previously revealed DC attractions, Kryptonite Collider and Superman Up and Away.
Together, the additions will provide around 70,000m² of new theme park space.
The development forms part of ongoing investment in tourism and entertainment facilities on Yas Island.
