Park Hyatt Sydney has appointed Bastian Germer as general manager, marking a new chapter for the flagship harborfront luxury property.
Germer brings over three decades of international luxury hospitality experience to the position. His career spans senior leadership roles at high-profile global properties, including Four Seasons Resort Maldives, Raffles Hotel Singapore, The Ritz-Carlton Osaka, The Ritz-Carlton Toronto, The New York EDITION, and most recently, The Ritz-Carlton New York NoMad.
In his new role, Germer will oversee all operations at the hotel, focusing on elevating guest experiences through intuitive service, fostering a supportive workplace culture, and driving colleague empowerment.
