Marriott International and local conglomerate The Royal Group will introduce The Ritz-Carlton brand to Cambodia in 2032 with a dual-component development in the capital.
Situated on Norodom Boulevard in the Daun Penh district, the mixed-use project will combine a Grade A office tower with The Ritz-Carlton, Phnom Penh and The Ritz-Carlton Residences, Phnom Penh. The property sits near major landmarks including the Central Market, Royal Palace, and National Museum, located 20km from the new Techo International Airport.
The hotel portion is planned to feature 152 rooms and suites overlooking the city and the Mekong River. Plans include five dining venues, a sky bar, an exclusive Club Lounge, an outdoor infinity pool, a fitness centre, and a spa. The development will also incorporate 1,700m² of event and banqueting space, including a grand ballroom.
Occupying levels 30 to 60 of the tower, the residential component will mark the country’s first ultra-luxury branded residences. The 119 private homes will include two- to four-bedroom layouts, four duplexes, and nine penthouses overlooking the Four Faces River confluence. Dedicated facilities for residents comprise a separate arrival area, lounge, library, co-working space, swimming pool, private dining rooms, and a golf simulator.
