Garrya Mù Cang Chải has launched Vietnam’s first All-Wellness Inclusive Package, combining personalised wellness programmes with guided trekking experiences in the mountains of northern Vietnam.
Set within the terraced landscapes of Mù Cang Chải National Heritage Site, the package is based on Banyan Group’s eight pillars of well-being and includes a Digital Wellbeing Assessment, personalised nutrition consultations and recovery therapies such as HRV biofeedback, neuroacoustic therapy, hydrotherapy and nervous system regulation.

Three guided trekking experiences are included with every stay. Guests can choose from the 1.5-hour Nam Kim Stream Trek, the two-hour Mâm Xôi Hill Trek or the four-hour Mini Mâm Xôi Trek, which explores mountain trails, rice terraces and local villages.
Beyond the resort, visitors can also explore attractions including Khau Phạ Pass, Mâm Xôi Hill and the region’s terraced rice fields.
The resort will further expand its wellness offering during the Mù Cang Chải Ultra Trail, taking place from October 1-4, 2026. Recovery experiences for participants will include hydrotherapy, guided recovery sessions, therapeutic treatments and visiting wellness practitioners.
