Get ready to sail away to the Southern Japan islands of Kyushu and Okinawa on the Resorts World One this summer. The stylish ship returns once again to homeport in Keelung and Kaohsiung, Taiwan, from July 12 to August 27.

Travellers have 23 itineraries to choose from including — two-, three-, four-, and five-night cruises to Kumamoto, Kagoshima, Sasebo and Nagasaki, in Kyushu, Japan, and to Naha, Miyakojima and Ishigaki in Okinawa.

The decision to homeport in two Taiwanese cities was largely due to the success of its previous deployment in Kaohsiung last year, which saw nearly 200,000 tourists coming from places such as Hong Kong, Macau, Southeast Asia.

“With these new refreshing itineraries and convenient departure times from two key homeports, we are committed to delivering best-in-class services and entertainment with a variety of quality cuisines and offerings,” said Michael Goh, president,  Resorts World Cruises.

The 268m-long vessel is designed in complementary Eastern and Western styles, with Italian designed spaces such as the Roman-themed Parthenon pool and the Dream Dining Room.

Rooms range from the luxurious Palace Suites (21m2) to the Palace Penthouse (50m²) that come with butler service, as well as regular staterooms (12m² to 18m²),

Passengers can look forward to complimentary access to a Chinese restaurant serving authentic Chinese food. There are also other specialty restaurants that serve Japanese, Southeast Asian, and Western fare to satisfy all palates.

  • Two-night Miyakojima Cruise (July 12, August 9, September 6, 11, 15)
