Last year at BE @ Penang 2016, we established that the Business Events industry must come together to realize common goals, validate them and progress together towards a matured Business Events destination. This year we are going deeper to help you and your organization understand what makes the business events tick with insights from seasoned players. 

This year, PCEB hired the best speaker and moderator known in the business events industry and also in the International Congress & Convention Association (ICCA), Mr Roy Sheppard. He will run a key session for C-level executives - CEO Deep Dive - delving deeper into what the C-levels worry about and how it may come together for your organisation and yourself. This is a registered session only for bona fide C-levels where you can ask Roy your burning questions.

We took a page of last year’s post-event evaluation and took heed to deliver depth on how to work a bid and usage of technology by introducing workshops. There will be workshops on how to bid for a congress by Ms Gracie Geckie and how a registration and abstracts management system works by Mr Rahul Bharadwaj, CMP. The knowledge and the technology is available in Penang, and you could be the first in Penang to activate it!
