HONG KONG
Regal Airport Hotel has appointed Mr Michael Murphy hotel manager.
S.K.Y. Travel has a new senior management team. Mr Kris Van Goethem is general manager of tour operations, overseeing all product development activities in Hong Kong and China. Mr Fazal Mahbob takes over sales, marketing and distribution, and Ms Maria Ng is deputy managing director and chief financial officer.
InterContinental Grand Stanford has promoted Ms Tomo Koike to assistant sales manager Japanese. She has been with the hotel since July 2002.
INDONESIA
The Oberoi Group has appointed Mr Pierre Berclaz general manager of The Oberoi, Bali. He was previously general manager of American Colony Hotel in Jerusalem, Israel.
LAOS
Indochina Services has promoted Ms Phunsiri Suvanij to country manager Laos. She was previously director of customer services in the Bangkok head office.
MALAYSIA
Mandarin Oriental, Kuala Lumpur has named Mr Richard Johnson resident manager. He was previously at Mandarin Oriental, Washington as executive assistant manager, rooms.

board of directors for 2006.
The president is Cornell-Nanyang
Institute of Hospitality Management founding dean, Dr Judy Siguaw,
while the vice-president is Marriott International vice-president
Asia-Pacific global sales, Ms Bernadette Dennis.
The members are:
