Mövenpick launches service apartment in Bangkok
Bangkok, March 14, 2017

Swiss hospitality management company Mövenpick Hotels & Resorts has launched a new serviced apartment – the Mövenpick Residences Ekkamai Bangkok.


Its second property in the Thai capital features 158 studios, one- and two-bedroom apartments that range in size from 32m2 to 75m2. All residences come fully-fitted including kitchen equipment, as well as complimentary Wi-Fi and flatscreen TVs. Amenities on-site include a 25m-long outdoor saltwater swimming pool, rooftop fitness centre, restaurant meetings and functions space. The property also provides shuttle services to the nearest BTS station.

“With seven unit types to choose from guests can find the perfect base to suit their personal lifestyle needs,” explained Andrew Langdon, Mövenpick Hotels & Resorts Global, chief development officer and senior vice president Asia.


To celebrate the opening of the brand’s first serviced residences in Asia, Mövenpick Hotels & Resorts is offering special opening rates from 30,000++ baht (US$848++) per month for a one-bedroom residence. As well, guests with bookings made before April 30, 2017, will receive a complimentary two-night stay in Khao Yai with dinner included for two.
